Wellerz is ideal for any person in private practice, whether you are part-time or full-time, who needs a space to meet with clients or patients. This includes therapists, coaches, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and any other professionals in any type of private practice.

To use Wellerz, follow these simple steps:

 

  1. Create a free account on Wellerz.com and include information about yourself and your practice, such as your contact details and a link to your website or professional profile.
  2. Search for spaces in your area using the search function on the homepage. You can filter the results by location, amenities, and other factors to find spaces that meet your needs.
  3. Browse the search results and choose a space you like based on its location, amenities, pictures, and availability in the calendar.
  4. If you are interested in a particular space, click on the “Ask to join” button to request access to it.
  5. The owner of the space will receive your request and review your information on your Wellerz profile. If they approve your request, you will be able to book the space through the platform. Please note that this is a one-time setup step and does not commit you to booking the space. Space owners need to know and approve who will be using their spaces on Wellerz.
  6. If you like multiple spaces, you can join as many as you like and only pay for the ones you actually book.

Using Wellerz is affordable and straightforward, with no hidden fees or commitments. There are no sign-up fees or subscription fees to create an account with Wellerz. You only pay when you book a space. The fee for using the platform is 6% of the total booking value, which includes all credit card and banking fees. For example, if you book a space for $100, the total cost will be $106.

There are no contracts or subscription fees required to use Wellerz. You can create a free account and use the platform as needed without any long-term commitments. The only fee you will pay is a 6% booking fee when you book a space through the platform. This fee covers all credit card and banking fees, so you know exactly how much you will be paying upfront. You are not required to pay any additional fees or commit to any contracts when using Wellerz.

Absolutely, you can use multiple spaces on Wellerz. Simply browse through the available spaces on the platform and request access to the ones you are interested in. There is no charge to request access to a space, so you can join as many as you like. You will only pay for the spaces you actually book and use. This allows you to have flexibility and convenience when it comes to finding a space that meets your and your clients needs.

Your Wellerz profile page is an important tool for communicating with space owners and showing them who you are and what you do. To make the most of your profile page, you should include the following information:

 

  • A short, informative description of your private practice and the services you offer. This should give space owners an idea of what you do and how you might use their space.
  • A link to your professional website or online profile, if you have one. This can provide additional information about your background and qualifications.
  • Proof of license or accreditation, as applicable. This is important for demonstrating that you are a qualified professional in your field.
  • Proof of professional insurance.
  • Your contact information, including your phone number and email address. This makes it easy for space owners to get in touch with you and ask any questions they may have.

Yes, your information is private and secure on Wellerz. We take your privacy seriously and do not share your personal information with third parties. Only space owners who receive a request from you will be able to see your Wellerz profile. We also use Stripe, a well-known financial partner, to process all payment transactions. This ensures that your credit card information is not stored on our system and is kept secure. You can use Wellerz with confidence, knowing that your information is safe.

Wellerz offers four main booking options to suit your needs.

 

  • Hourly: Book any session on an hourly basis with a free cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the booking.
  • Multi-hour discounted rate: Book sessions for more than 3 consecutive hours at a discounted rate with a free cancellation policy up to 7 days before the booking.
  • Single-day rate: Book a space for a full day at a discounted rate with a free cancellation policy up to 7 days before the booking.
  • Monthly-day rate: Book a fixed day for a special monthly price, such as “All Tuesdays of the month for a fixed price of $500.” This option has a month-to-month commitment and a cancellation policy of one month’s advance notice.

 

You can choose the option that best fits your needs and budget while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of using Wellerz.

Spaces on Wellerz are offered by independent space owners who are most often practitioners themselves. They take pride in the spaces they have created and want to ensure that they are being used by professionals who will treat them with care. As a result, they ask that interested renters “Join the space” before booking. This allows the space owner to review your information and make sure that you are a good fit for their space. It also helps to create a sense of trust and community among the professionals using the space, as everyone has been vetted and approved by the owner. By taking this extra step, you can be confident that the space you are booking is well-suited to your needs and will be treated with the respect it deserves.

Certainly! Many space owners on Wellerz welcome the opportunity for potential renters to visit their space before booking. Simply ask the space owner if it is possible to schedule a visit when you request to join the space. This can give you the chance to see the space in person and get a feel for whether it is a good fit for your needs. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to meet the space owner and ask any questions you may have about the space or the booking process.

Simple. When logged in, go to MyCalendar, choose the listing you want to book, and see if it is available.

To make a reservation for a time slot you need, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your Wellerz account.
  2. Go to the MyCalendar page.
  3. Select the listing you want to book.
  4. Check the availability of the time slot you need.
  5. If the time slot is available, click the calendar and select the time you would like to book.

Simple. Once you are approved for a space, you will get a link with all this information.

Bummer! If the time slot that you need is not available, you can try to book a different time slot or you can try booking a different space. You can also try booking several weeks in advance or using the recurring booking option to secure a regular time slot. It is also a good idea to get approved for multiple spaces so that you have more options available to you.

To book a recurring session, simply follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your Wellerz account
  2. Go to MyCalendar and choose the listing you want to book
  3. Select the dates and times you want to book the space
  4. Check the “recurring” box and choose the frequency (e.g. weekly, monthly) and duration of the recurring series
  5. Click “book” and complete the payment process

 

Please note that payments for recurring sessions are made at the beginning of each month, only for the sessions of that month. The regular cancellation policy still applies for any single event within the recurring series, even if it was created automatically using the “recurring” option. If you need to cancel any individual session within the recurring series, you can do so within the free cancellation window for that particular session.

For example, if you need to book a space for 6 hours, you can book it at the multi-hour discounted rate and pay a lower rate than if you booked it hourly.
  • Single-day rate: Pay a special discounted price for the full single day. Cancellation policy: Free up to 7 days before the booking. For example, if you need to book a space for a full day, you can book it at the single-day rate and pay a lower rate than if you booked it hourly or at the multi-hour discounted rate.
  • Monthly-day rate: Book a fixed day for a special monthly price. For example, “All Tuesdays for one monthly charge of $500/month”. Cancellation policy: Month-to-month commitment, stop with one-month advance notice. If you need to book a space on a recurring basis, such as every Tuesday, you can book it at the monthly-day rate and pay a lower rate than if you booked it hourly, at the multi-hour discounted rate, or at the single-day rate.

To pay for your bookings on Wellerz, simply have a credit card on file in your account. When you make a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the total cost of the booking. You will see a summary of the reservation and the total cost before submitting. 

 

Additionally, you will benefit from accumulating points and rewards on your credit card when paying the space rental.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking option you choose:

 

  • Hourly: Free up to 24 hours before the booking.
  • Multi-hour discounted rate: Free up to 7 days before the booking.
  • Single-day rate: Free up to 7 days before the booking.
  • Monthly-day rate: Month-to-month commitment, stop with one-month advance notice.

To cancel a booking that you no longer need, simply go to MyCalendar, identify the booking and click on “cancel”. If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will receive credits back to your account, which will be automatically applied to your next booking of a space belonging to the same space owner. Overall, we understand that things come up and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to make changes to your bookings.

To change an upcoming booking on Wellerz, you will need to cancel the old booking and create a new one. To do this, log in to your account and go to MyCalendar. Locate the booking that you want to change, and click on the “cancel” button. This will cancel the old booking and give you credits that can be applied to your next booking. Once you have canceled the old booking, you can create a new one by selecting the time and date that you prefer, and following the prompts to complete the booking process.

Definitely! As long as the single event that you want to cancel is still within the allowed cancellation window. To cancel a booking made with the ‘recurring’ feature, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to MyCalendar and identify the booking that you want to cancel.
  2. Click on the booking to view its details.
  3. If the booking is within the allowed cancellation window, you will see a ‘Cancel’ button when clicking the reservation on the calendar..
  4. Click on ‘Cancel’ to cancel the booking.

Please note that canceling a single event will not cancel the entire recurring booking series. If you want to cancel the entire series, you click on the reservation and then “Cancel recurring” This will cancel all future events in the series.

 

When you cancel a booking within the allowed cancellation window, you will receive a credit for the value of that booking. This credit will be automatically applied to your next booking with the same space owner. Please note that credits cannot be transferred to other space owners

Yes! Here are some details about our referral program:

 

  • When you refer someone to Wellerz they get $100 credit to try our platform. When they book a session, you get a $100 credit applied to your account.
  • You can refer as many people as you want, and you’ll get a $100 credit for each one that signs up.
  • The credits you earn can be used towards any future bookings on Wellerz.
  • You can track your referrals and credits in the Referrals page in your account.
  • You can share your referral link on social media, via email, or by word of mouth.
  • Your referral link is unique to you, so make sure to use it when you refer someone to Wellerz.
